Who is responsible

Lenzie Consulting Ltd, company number 08174104, registered at Lynch Farm, Kensworth, Dunstable, Bedfordshire LU6 3QZ, is the data controller for information submitted through this site. Ferrari Finance is a trading name of that company.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the car and the deal you describe. We also record the page you enquired from and how you arrived, so we know which parts of the site are useful.

We do not ask for financial account details, card numbers or identity documents through this website. If a lender needs those later, they will collect them directly under their own terms.

Why we hold it, and for how long

To respond to your enquiry and, where you want us to proceed, to place your case with lenders. The lawful basis is your request to take steps before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a finance business.

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after twelve months. Where an agreement completes, records are kept for six years, which is the ordinary period for business and tax records.

Who we share it with

The lenders considering your case, and nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not share it with other brokers, and we do not pass it to marketing companies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@ferrari-finance.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
